Item Details

An anonymous network created for anonymous communication. With the Anonymous Network, you can publish anonymous posts, comment on posts, and also communicate anonymously through real-time messaging (anonymous chat). With the "Nearby" feature, you can see the posts of users who are near you. The Anonymous Network application is built in Android Studio. The server side is built on object-oriented php with a MySQL database. Installing the server part is done quickly in a few simple steps.

Features

  1. Anonymity: The primary goal of an anonymous network is to hide the user's identity and location by routing their internet traffic through a series of nodes, making it difficult for anyone to trace the origin of the data.

  2. Traffic Encryption: Data is typically encrypted as it passes through the network, enhancing security and privacy.

  3. Onion Routing: This involves layering the user's data like an onion, with each node in the network only able to peel back one layer, which helps in concealing the source and destination of the data.

  4. Exit Nodes: These are the points where traffic exits the anonymous network and enters the regular internet. Users can choose their exit nodes to appear as if they are in a different geographical location.

  5. Hidden Services: Some anonymous networks allow for the creation and use of hidden services or websites that are only accessible within the network. Tor is famous for this feature.

  6. Browsing Anonymity: Users can access websites and services without revealing their IP address. This is often used for anonymous web browsing.

  7. P2P Support: Some networks may support peer-to-peer connections, allowing for more private file sharing and communication.

  8. Improved Privacy Settings: Users may have the ability to configure privacy settings, such as the level of encryption or the routing path their data takes through the network.

  9. Reliable and Fast Service: Efforts are made to provide a reliable and reasonably fast connection, although the speed may be slower compared to a direct connection due to the added routing.

  10. Community Contributions: Many anonymous networks rely on a network of volunteer-run nodes to maintain the service.
