Brief description
This module allows you to receive instant pushover notifications on a number of devices when clients raise a support ticket through your Perfex CRM.
By enabling, you'll allow employees and yourself to receive push notifications on their mobile devices when a client raises a support ticket, either via email (if you have this set up) or through the client portal.
Assumptions:
You'll need a Pushover account and you'll also need to download the Pushover app (free 30-day trial for Apple/Andriod devices). You can see Pushover's pricing structure. At the time of publication, there is a $5 lifetime fee after a 30-day free trial. Note – We are not affiliated with Pushover.
